Sometimes life can be very difficult when plans change suddenly and obviously the stress of a production can get hard... Like when you need more people, more machines, more software, more everything and we can't find it fast enough.

So interesting to see someone trying to sell themselves, some do over the top sales pitch which clearly is counter-productive, others are so shy they can barely look at you in the eyes, other don't master the language which is fine really... after all, who speaks English?
