Okay, it is not that bad but you can spot the complex relationships when a conference takes place, who honestly wants to do something new and creative and who is just a potential number, strange the potential numbers tends to get everywhere while the others have to play the luck game.

Let's face it, it is a strange business, a weird way to make a living and although we love it the fact is that looking at the size of this market, the actual pace of change on everything, from software to client demands i think you must be really mad to get into this.

Seems like a joke but it is not, the progression from runner to junior artists and how fast you managed to jump to the 3D department is directly related to the amount of kilos you are going to put in the first year. The better you are, the faster you get fat, that simple.

Seems every single year the students coming out of the university lack more and more skills, are more and more aggressive and have less moral values, is this a reality or am I getting old?

What a crazy business is this, so true when things go wrong the go horribly wrong so I can't imagine what must be to have this sensation on a place like NASA or the LHC or something big.

So interesting to see someone trying to sell themselves, some do over the top sales pitch which clearly is counter-productive, others are so shy they can barely look at you in the eyes, other don't master the language which is fine really... after all, who speaks English?
