And of course I must ask, would someone bothered with climate and energy plan a data center on the sea? the answer is no.
The trouble
And what about this huge trend on calling anyone engineer? sorry my friends but there are very few engineering tittles that really deserve it... which takes me to a bigger realization on the world we live in which education is watered down, titles becomes useless given the skills of the graduates and the worst of all, having to be politically correct.
Software engineering
I keep going back to my background as software developer and I can't but see all the faults on the design of solutions like this morning on the underground where all the screens were blue (Windows) and no train information was available, clearly a problem of Q&A but hey, we live in a world of rapid prototyping rather than software engineering don't we?
It will be expensive in the long run, that is for sure.
