I must say I know of some companies that call everybody Lead operator, which sounds like a joke as you can imagine when you are in the pub and everybody is a Lead operator or Lead Supervisor. Of course there is a direct relationship between the wages and the amount of tittles companies give away, those who have a million leads are the ones that pay less and treat you like crap so... why is that? is our little egos that need some soap and shine or is simply that we have been abused all our lives and this feels good for once.
