Yes I did not backup the whole thing first, plus when I tried to roll back to a previous version I discover the fact that i did never tried to restore the whole thing so the whole thing ended up in the bin... too bad.. In any case I took advantage of the bad news to upgrade to Drupal 6.3, optimize the website, reupload it all in higher resolution and changing slightly the CSS files so it is more readable.
